On-Boarding Program

All new hires participate in an on-boarding program spanning the employee's first six months. Our week-long orientation beginning on your start date includes an introduction to firm departments and processes as well as technology training. This approach provides new employees with a personalized experience and gives them a greater understanding of the firm, their department and the office in which they work.

Service Excellence Training (SET)

SET is a customized three-week, online, internal client service training program for staff. The program consists of four lessons that include class assignments, online discussions, as well as the involvement of the participant's supervisor or manager. SET serves as an approach to bring all offices together and define exceptional service.

CWI is a customized online program designed to strengthen our staff's communication skills. Throughout the session staff members will have an opportunity to interact online with members of their department across offices.

Effective Business Writing (EBW)

Effective writing is a powerful tool in the business environment. Our staff learn strategies to articulate their thoughts in a clear and concise manner that will allow their ideas to be better understood by their readers and their clients.

Manager Development Training

The firm offers in-house training throughout the year to further the development of our managers. These in-person and online courses are facilitated by WilmerHale Human Resources professionals. Some of our most recent courses include: SET for Managers, Leading with Communication, and Coaching, Counseling and Delegating.
